Mission Statement

The mission of the Whatcom Beer and Wine Foundation is to help fund and support human, social service, and health organizations through the promotion and support of Pacific Northwest beer and wine industries. In doing so, we strive to make a difference in people's lives.

 

About

The Whatcom Beer and Wine Foundation (aka Pacific Northwest Wine Competition) is a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization. As we have grown as a foundation, we recognize the importance of funding education and training programs for those aspiring to make a career in the wine industry, and in particular, those with financial needs. As a result, in addition to the beneficiaries noted in our Mission Statement, we also make annual contributions to the Walla Walla Community College Institute for Enology and Viticulture.
